- The head of Treasury Operations at Diamond financial institution, Olaitan Fajuyitan, has disclosed how he allegedly transferred N1.2bn from the bank account of an organization belonging to Gbolahan Obanikoro, a son of a former Minister of state for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro.
Fajuyitan, who made this revelation in a statement of oath to the officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, stated  that the money was  paid into the account name Sylvan McNamara, with number 0026223714.

-  Minister of power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has said that the contractor rehabilitating the lengthy Bridge on the Lagos side of the Lagos-Ibadan  highway, Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, has promised to complete the assignment before the end of this month.
The minister who mentioned that paintings on different “slim lanes” within the segment being treated by means of Julius Berger could be spread over the next four months for final work by the middle of December, appealed for patience, orderliness and the cooperation of motorists because the rehabilitation and reconstruction work on the street has reached an advanced stage.

Oshiomhole at a rally of the All Progressives Congress in Jattu, Etsako West Local Government area,  on Monday,he  boasted that the previous ruling party is useless and has no grounds after  ruining Nigeria for 16 years.

-The Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Church, Pastor Adefarasin has denied a saying that the Nation's economic system was in prison below the cutting-edge management.
The pastor in a statement issued on Monday said the media quoted him out of context, noting that he had no purpose, in anyway to make mockery of the management of his country, adding that the transformation of Nigeria remained his earnests preference.

- The general Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has warned pastors of his church against growing beards.
