PASTOR, FATHER OR RITUALIST

chained child 2
Wonders they say will never end. How do we draw the line between a pastor and a ritualist? how can a so-called pastor confine his own biological child to a place, without food and water, for two weeks? He claimed the child is a thief,  must he take the laws into his hands? Is this the right way to discipline a child? This was the topic treated on our radio station today. Some pastors  have spoken against the behaviour of this so - called pastor. Read their opinions below.
Ministers have taken on Francis Taiwo, the minister of the Key of Joy Celestial Church who confined, Korede, his nine-year old child  with a chain, for a few weeks. They said his activity was sinister.

Taiwo, who was captured yesterday told the police that he made the move since he believed his child  had  an evil spirit that pushes him to steal, noting that this kind of spirit is referred to in Yoruba dialect as 'emi ole'

The Prelate of the Methodist Church Nigeria (MCN), Dr Samuel Chukwuemeka Kanu said the activity was evil. Dr. Kanu, who talked through the congregation's Director of Media and Public Relations, Rev. Oladapo Daramola, said that not everyone that called themselves righteous men ought to be viewed as same.

He said the story was extremely dispiriting and ought to be thoroughly explored by the police. "There are numerous hypocrites and, the activity of this minister has nothing to do with Christianity. His activity is exceptionally irrational", he said.

To Osun State based Pentecostal Pastor of Crest Church and speaker in the Department of Public
Organization of Obafemi Awolowo, Ile-Ife, Dr. Apeloko David, "this activity is strange to the  regulation of christianity.

Along these lines, it is wicked, totally savage and it deceived human origination." Pastor Akinade Olusegun of Mountain of Fire  and Miracles Ministry, required that he be prosecuted. That somebody has a church title does not mean he has the calling of God. He ought to show up in court as quickly as time permits. No normal guardian could do this, not to mention somebody that goes by the name of God. I would approach the powers to do an exhaustive examination on the matter, including the associates of his wife," he said.

Minister Oluwashina Joshua of the Resurrection and Life Ministry, Atan Ogun State, additionally denounced the minister's conduct as malicious and against Christian deed.

He pondered the call of God on the acclaimed priest. "In as much God said we ought not to pass judgment, I am not happy with the man being called  a minister. It is disparaging that an ordained minister, who ought to care for the group in his consideration, could act in such a sinister way.

This individual being referred to could be a cultist if properly examined. Else, it is unimaginable, how a parent could chain and lock up his own kid for a considerable length of time, and declined to nourish him."
Minister Wisdom Chukwu of Wisdom Worldwide Evangelical Mission, Lagos, said the man ought not be known as a minister. He said such a thing goes a long way to demonstrate  man's barbarism to man.

"He is not fit for that title of a minister.

He ought to be a ritualist wearing the clothing of a minister as a camouflage. A Church is a place of God, a place of leniency and sympathy. The Police ought to investigate that man. I was irate when I heard the news.
He ought to be  imprisoned. He may have  murdered numerous individuals. A minister ought to nurture the less favored, the down-trodden and the individuals who don't have individuals to help them and the individuals who don't have the ability to change their circumstance.

That man who parades himself as a minister is from the pit of damnation, doing the will of the fallen angel his lord. I need him arraigned and imprisoned to remain as a lesson to different ritualists who cover up under religion to do evil. He is a fallen angel incarnate. I am wondering whether such a minister has admirers in his congregation. I think the police ought to extend their trawl to his subordinates and pastors in the congregation."

His followers must equally be investigated.
