A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TURNED INTO A LAWBREAKER




How can an officer of the law, who was employed to save lives, descend so low, to rape a teenager and even detained her for three days.This is the height of injustice and the authorities should do something, to serve as a deterrent to other erring officers. Read the story below.

A 15-year-old young lady was purportedly assaulted by a Nigerian police inspector working at the Mkpat Enin Police Division in Akwa Ibom State.
 The adolescent (whose name is withheld), was coming back from church last Thursday when she was halted by a group of cops. She said one of the officers,  held her hostage, at gunpoint, and purportedly threatened to have her shot in the event that she repelled him. She added that he pulled her far from other officers to a more detached spot, before sexually abusing her.

The teenager said as he grabbed her and afterward requested her to dispose of her dress and clothing, before powerfully having his way with her.
This is what she said,
"After he had asked me to undress, he requested me to open my legs. Furthermore, what I saw was that he drew out his penis and embedded it into my vagina.

As he was raping me, he restricted me  from crying and threatened to shoot me if I should open my mouth.

In any case, when I couldn't bear the torments any more as blood was coming out of my private part, he rapidly took me into the vehicle and headed to the station, where he confined me from Thursday till Saturday.

It was my uncle, Dr. Ime Stephen that came from Abuja and bailed me out with N10,000."
We also learnt that the casualty's dad got to be incapacitated after he tumbled off a palm tree, and her mom left her when she was still a baby.

Talking with the press, her uncle Stephen, revealed that the accused attacker is likewise a police prosecutor. He said:

"The police inspector for using a firearm he was given on trust on a young lady of 15, assaulting her, does not have the characters of cops who are employed to secure lives and property of Nigerians.

He is allegedly breached the law by additionally taking the young lady into the police detention for three days and collected N10,000 as from the young lady's brother.
we are appealing that this officer should be dismissed from the Nigerian police force.
