Resigned Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Niki Tobi, has kicked the bucket. Tobi went on in the early hours of Friday at the National Hospital, Abuja. His body was later moved to the mortuary of Harkin General Hospital. The resigned judge had been having grave wellbeing issues following 2011. He hence went blind and completely lost his memory. Tobi was designated to the Supreme Court in 2002 and resigned in July 2010 in the wake of accomplishing the age of 70.
