THREE NIGERIANS KILLED BY FIRING SQUAD

Breaking News: three Nigerian drug convicts have been Executed in Indonesia

Three  Nigerians and one Indonesian have been killed by the aid of firing squad shortly after the middle of the Night Nigerian time,

The casualties had been named as three Nigerians - Osmane Humphrey, Jefferson Ejike, Michael Titus Igweh and one Indonesian Freddy Budiman.

People who remain on loss of life row are more than 3 different Indonesians, a Pakistani, an Indian,  other Nigerians and  Zimbabweans. It is not clear
why their executions did  not continue.
"Of course there are considerations for it", Deputy attorney for Crimes, Noor Rachmad said. He stated that folks who were killed had filed for judicial opinions twice and each were rejected.
There has been no confirmation except from the government. The last 10 are expected to be killed in the coming days. Human rights business enterprise Amnesty International condemned the executions, describing it as a "deplorable act that violates worldwide and Indonesian law".
It also said 17 ambulances were despatched to the island - 14 of them wearing coffins, Jakarta post reviews.
All 14 were moved into isolation cells before the executions. A vigil was held outside the presidential palace on Thursday night to protest in opposition to the executions, even though Indonesians insist that the penalty for drug offences is death by firing squad.
The government insists they're an essential deterrent within the war in opposition to drugs, with officers frequently bringing up facts that 40 to 50 human beings die from drug-related reasons a day.
"It is a movement to prevent the fast rising cases of drug offences in Indonesia - nowadays Indonesia has come to be the main destination in the Asian marketplace," stated foreign Ministry spokesman Arrmanatha Nasir.
The question here is: How many Nigerians will continue to die in this way? Its time for us to learn our lessons and live longer, than to die in this way. It is indeed unfortunate.
What do you think?
