FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ORDERS SACK OF DOCTORS

FG orders substitution of all striking Resident Medical Doctors in teaching hospitals




Nigerian  Health Minister Isaac Adewole, has requested the substitution of all striking inhabitant specialists in the different government instructing doctor's facilities. In a circular discharged June 21st, the Minister said the striking specialists neglected to go to their preparation programs in spite of continuous transactions thus their opening ought to be topped off with different specialists that have before now sent in their applications.

This is regardless of the continuous transactions on their requests set forward by the agents of the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) under the support of the Nigerian Medical Association. In perspective of this improvement, you are therefore coordinated to supplant all the Doctors that have pulled back their administrations, with others from the pool of candidates for the preparation programs in the different orders all together not to make unpropitious hole in preparing with specialist disturbance of medicinal services conveyance in your office. In the mean time, the service is working with the board on the audit of the Residency Training Program in Nigeria, led by Professor Wole Atoyebi, the Registrar of the National Postgraduate Medical College, to quick track the advancement of an extensive outline for postgraduate preparing of specialists in the nation.
