South south Nigeria.
1. Election has been canceled and deference in Andoni,Khanna and Bonny. This was declared by the resident electoral commissioner for rivers state Aniedi Ikwoiwak.
2. APC LEADER ABDUCTED IN RIVERS STATE. A chieftain of the all progressive congress, one of the parties taking place in this election, has been abducted. Mr Elon Nitro Elijah was abducted in Andoni local government area. He was the former Andoni LG Legislative assembly.
3. The election has so far been peaceful apart from one or two polling units where thugs hijacked electoral materials
